Pfff... this is a good question... no latest than yesterday night, a woman was assaulted behind our house... few weeks ago, 2 girls of 6 and 12 had been kidnapped near Brickwood school, raped and murdered... Several stores here around have been hold-up these last weeks, but obviously the police doesn't give a f.... about it... The barangay captain is never to be seen... except when it comes to elections or so...

Unfortunately this is not uncommon over all Philippines, despite all the politicians promesses !!!
