Is there a way i can have access to the repair or owner's manual for subaru legacy B4 EJ20 engine 1999 model for to better understand my newly acquired subaru legacy.
1. I have for example notice delayed speed pick up coupled with slight jerking when doing 40 -80 km/h.
2. am also interested in knowing the most recommended spark plugs for my (good for fuel economy)beacuse i bought some iridium 7029 or plugs where after putting them the car could not start but when we put back the old ones it was just one kick.
3. am also in need of the manual in order to understand how to change the fuel filter or pump which i suspect could be to blame.
4. i have noticed a signal "power" flashing on the dushboard when the car is started
