Is it possible for a tampon to just fall out? Im 100% positive I put one in this morning and when I went to the washroom in the afternoon there was not one there. It is not up 'there' I've quadruple checked. My concern is that it somehow fell out without me knowing and I'm super embarrassed if that could have happened.
