We don't know the date, but it is for good. He was born to save us from eternal hell. His life was an example to us. Not that we could ever be perfect as he was and is, but he can understand all that we go through. His people and we who do sin put him on the cross. He was the perfect sacrifice ending the need for any more. He is our direct line to God our creator and maker.

Jesus birthday is good my friend (b-day of Christ = between mid-September to October). But if you incorporate into a christmas (dec 25) as his birthday then this is pagan.

Not for what he really was, but because of what Christians have made him to be, Jesus' birth was not good for us. We didn't put him to the cross; Pilate did it because some stupid morons from among his followers were proclaiming him king of the Jews at the entrance of Jerusalem of all places. That's all Pilate needed to nail one more Jew to the cross. Therefore, Jesus was put on the cross on political charges. No wonder Pilates carved on that plaque the reason why, and nailed it on the top of his cross. Because he had been proclaimed king of the Jews in a Roman province where Romans were king and Emperor. Today, we are falsely accused of the crime and persecuted to millions of deaths through pogroms, blood libel, Crusades, Inquisition and Holocaust.

He was not born to save us from eternal hell for two things because such a thing does not exist, and it never existed, but in Greek Mythology, and because, according to Jeremiah 31:30, every one of us is supposed to die for his or her iniquity.

"As Jesus was perfect!" He was not. The NT reports of him to have whipped the moneychangers before the Temple and having caused them financial loss. Would you like to be whipped and have your busines turned into chaos? I didn't think so. Therefore, Jesus broke the Golden Rule which means all the laws put together. In case you do not remember, "Not to do unto others what you would not like they did unto you." So, Jesus was not perfect but rather in need himself of a savior.
