Injection moulded lid, with a simple round iml label. Lid is in PP, dyed dark brown and label material also multilayer PP (white colour).
Can anyone suggest how to eliminate the small round mark on the middle of the label, exactly opposite the lid gate? To my oppinion, hot melt is fusing into the label'deeper' than what it is fused in the rest of the label surface. Replaced mould cavity insert material to CuBe for better cooling of the label which reduced the mark but did not eliminate it completely. Any suggestions please?
