I just want you cell phone user to check your bills regularly. I encountered this unimaginable charging to my acct. When I got a new cellphone for my daughter which is gps ready and gps user friendly, I didn't expect to see any problem with it. Much more to my billing!! But to my surprise I was Charge gps usage which she didn't even use. When I complained, it was said that the phone had log in to gps. Alright if it had log in how can it incur such amt when infact your billing is that of php 10 per 30 minutes of usage the bill is for 2 weeks time. another fact is that, how can it still incurs gps charging when it is already out of the country the following month!!! What a shame to make this kind of charges, or simply highway robbery. I am frustrated with it cause they say it's an invalid complain. Since when is an undue charges complain becomes an invalid complain. I wanted very much to have it check by DTI but still I wanted the higher management to know it and resolve before any other action is taken. The amount is not that big, but it is the principle of that being charge of something not incurred.

You become out of line with the base limit and receive toll charges.
DTI isn't a home base, it's like Monopoly according to who owns, who bans or what state uses to DTI total, rates, and charges.
When you go out of area code, you go out of subdistance rate, that some others own as a fee, but they do not know about reverse, quarter link line rates, or loans in a subdual server. In apt it may mismanaged and subvert to toll calls at best. Pay to the line server or where the sub (without collect) toll was born. Do you know where that was, or where you received your roamning charges from, and here - or do you receive a bill from a land line like I do or own a cable?

No it's not toll charges or out of area charge. It's a gps or internet connection usage charge. One thing sure is there is no internet usage while abroad. It's really highway robbery. so always beware of your charges. Pass this to all your friends so everybody will know.
