When consumed with self, you cannot see the path set before you. Therefore, you do not enjoy the journey.

Been feeling a lot of that lately. I've found myself unable to focus, contentions on the rise, and I am one depressed woman.
I even started seeing a counselor again.

Feel like a dry addict.

I remember in early sobriety, how light I felt compared to the darkness of active addiction. I long to feel that "lightness" again.

I'm going to a meeting!!!

From what I understand is that being aarogant about your recovery does make it difficult get the full benefit and freedom that the program has to offer. For one, tapping into a "Power greater than yourself." I did not get clean on my own accord or I would not be a member of NA.

Would you please explain how you use the word sober when you say your an addict
Your clean and if you stay with HP and NA you will remain clean but t say your sober is wrong
