In June09,I hit a deer at 65mph hour with my 2002 LeSabre. The deer hit at the right front headlight.Smashed the headlight and grill, bent a small corner of the hood and bumber and pushed the front fender straight back so that I could not open the passenger door.Fender replaced too. After a few months,I lost have of my heat/cool backlights on the dash.Since then,I have replaced the left rear tailight and the right one three times.The backlights have continued to go out across the dash and steering wheel.I have just three (on/off)heat/cool lights.Half my stereo backlights and none of my steering wheel lights excepts for cruise control (on/off). Last week,I noticed the "heated seat" backlight is out on the drivers door.I continue to ask my mechanic about this but he keeps telling me that the steering wheel lights are all one unit and it would be costly to replace.He seems reluctant to believe that it is all related and seems to resist looking for the cause.Where do I start?
