Im working on a 1956 chevy bel air 2 door 235 six cylinder engine.

was wondering if the ignition coil is mounted upside down from the factory? I have old shop manuals that show it both ways.

was also wondering if it used the glass bowl fuel filter on the six cylinder engine in that year, with the rochester 1 barrel carburetor
