I'm looking at Johnny Sain's statistics and have a question. What happened in 1949? Did he get injured? The guy was winning 20 plus games a year, and then went 10 and 17. He was only 31. There's a bounce back in 1950, but in 1951 it looks like he spent some time in the minors. Anybody know?
