Im an engineer at greencore Hull. Why is it that minimum wage earners are to recieve a rise in basic pay but we as skill time served people aren't entitled to one?. Surely the gap in pay differences will close and one day skilled and unskilled workers will be payed the same. Surely this can't be right!
