I'm an Hvac technician and have installed many thermocouples,however, with two customers of mine,I am installing a thermocouple every year on their boiler.Now the flame on the pilot doesn't seem any higher than any of the other pilots I've seen. What other problem could be causing this?. I install genuine Honeywell thermocouples.
