I'm 40 years old. I workout 6 times a week. 3 times a week very intensly. I run 3 miles in 18 mins, then hit a punch bag for 3 mins then 1 mins rest, repeating this 8 times, after 1 hour of this, i have a banana and do abdominals weights then stretch. For my age i'm superfit like a 21 year old. I was taken to hospital last week as i could not breathe.
My ECG was done, as was my heart echo, x ray and blood tests, everything was fine. I was however kept overnight to mon.
