Ignore specific words in files. (Filtering)

I wonder if anyone has any experience with filters for WinMerge. I am able to filter out specific directories etc. but I need to find a way for WinMerge to ignore specific words.

Example: two identical documents with subject of travel. One deals with one country, say, Austria and one for Germany. Now let's say that the documents are identical except that one keeps mentioning Austria and the other Germany at the same place. Is there a way for WinMerge to be instructed to ignore those two words wherever they appear and NOT highlight them?
