I'd like to be at Rozel Point in the spring when pelicans are flying overhead to Gunnison Island. I am planning a trip out there on March 31 and wonder if they will be there. Also, I wonder if anyone has gone out this year yet (2010). Is the road ok for driving on or is it too muddy still?
