I would like to know the origin of the name of the borough Cecil P. Newman. My great-grandfather's cousin was named Cecil P. Newman, and his family owned a large farm in Lachine in the late 1800's (and possibly later; I'm not sure). I'm also looking for information on Cecil P. Newman's family, as well as old photos. Thanks.
