I would like to know if anyone can tell me the effects or damage to the sinuvertebral nerve in the lower back due to disc herniation. What i am trying to figure out is how this nerve which is what my doctor is telling me is what is causeing all of the pain going down my left leg.

What does the sinuvertebral nerve lead into (what other nerves) which can cause this pain, Also would like to know the long term effects. I have disc hernation from L3 to S1 unable to have surgery, so i want to know what i need to prepare for in the future.

If anyone has any idea where i may find this info, i could be greatful.,I have found plenty of things on the internet about the nerve but no clear diagram or info that helps me, I am not a doctor but would like to know what i need to prepare for. Would appreciate any help..
