Pull the slide back an lock it. Then twist the barrel all the way. Release the slide lock and slide the slide and barrel forward off the frame. The firing pin and spring slide out easily. Not sure how to remove the barrel and recoil spring from the slide however I do know that if you rotate the barrel again it will release it from the locked position in the slide, slam back toward the firing pin and possibly catch your finger so don't do that. I am thinking the recoil spring holder is the knurled piece at the end of the barrel which can be pushed in and rotated.
