I was served yesterday to appear in court in January. It was 9:00 pm at night and my yard is completely closed off with NO TRESPASSING signs everywhere. The guy jumps my fence and starts pounding on my door like he was going to break it open. Anyways....

I did some research and found that it is not okay in WA to trespass on anyones property when it is clearly marked not too. Is there anything I can do to get this guy in trouble??

I am home by myself during the week and was scared s&^%less when I heard someone sounding like they were going to break the door in. I had my 12 gauge with me and asked who it was. And got no answer. My neighbors finally heard him pounding on my door and called me to let me know that he was standing outside with this guy. So then I finally opened the door.

How can I find out who this guy was? Or atleast who he worked for.
