Western Tiger Swallowtail

I was cutting some abelia the last couple of days at one of our local parks in Ca. When i came upon this old chrysalis. I think it is any way. Could this chrysalis be that of a tiger swallow tail. It look like the piece of the wood and it was old. Please help.
