I want to get divorce from my wife . in this i want to know whether there is any provision in law regarding fixing of percentage for alimony on the salary you are earning

also i want to know whether in case my property is of my father who is 78 years old at present whether if i pay the lump sum payment after selling of the property to my wife say 1/3 share whether still i have got any legal compulsion to pay my wife alimony monthly apart from that i give as i/3 of my share in my property.
