I see that Richard Pearse was European, though I am unsure of his actual race, was he english,American Irish? where did his ancestors originate from?
If Richard Pearse was the first person to fly an aeroplane and he was a kiwi, he must be known all around the world, by pilots, the military, or any body that learns the history of the aeroplane, does the pearse family that currently live in New Zealand today (2010) get bothered or bugged by people that are still learning about Richard pearse'e legacy, I see that Richard Pearse's entire life story is online in books and widely spoken about in New Zealand and how he put New Zealand on the map. I see that There are alot of New Zealand Kiwis that's last name is spelt exactly the same as Richard Pearse's in the phone books here in New Zealand, in education institutes, that must have alot of pride of there last name, Did Richard Pearse inherit any rewards like money for being the first person in the entire universe to fly a plane?
