I recently purchased an M1 from CMP and am having difficulty setting the elevation. Has the new type rear sights. At 130 yards (max distance at our range) the rear sight is ALL the way down and my bullet strikes on target are 8 - 10 inches high; always. To hit the X I use Kentucky Windage by aiming 10 inches below the X. Any advice?
