I recently purchased a 1984 Western Star 480 DP (tri-axle dump truck). The truck is not currently running, but the previous owner stated the truck was in good running order when parked over 3 years ago.

I emptied the fuel tank, installed a new fuel filter and 20 gallons of new fuel, 3 new 950 CCA batteries, turned the key and pressed the starter button. The engine turned about 1/2 a revolution and then there was no power to the starter button. I searched for a fuse box or breaker box behind the instrument cluster and behind all access panels of the dash, but found nothing.

If anyone here has any advice on where to locate the fuses or circuit breakers on this truck any help would be greatly appreciated.
