I purchased a Mosin-Nagant M91/30 with a hex receiver. The gun store seller stated that the weapon was produced in 1931. The markings reflect the Russian star with arrow, which identifies the Tulsa armory. However, the barrel is dated 1951. Can anyone share insight about the history of this weapon?
