I purchased 2 cookie sheets in the 1970's from a local JC Penney. The bakeware was noted for it's non-stick attributes and in fact the non-stick feature was notable because it would not peel and in fact one can slice through the surface and it will not harm the non-stick feature. I've used these for these many years. Cookies and anything else absolutely still slide off the pans and I don't have to grease them first.
I believe the pans are aluminum. They are a little heavier because of the non-stick surface. Of course, I wonder if they are harmful. There is no name etched on the pans. They measure 11.5" x 15.5".
Does anyone else have these pans or remember them?
Thank you.
