I planted 3 new concord grape vines this spring and 2 of the plants are really taking off. The 3rd plant looks like a dwarf with really small leaves. My question is this, should I just remove this dwarf and plant another vine in the spring? Or, wait and see if it comes around? All the vines are in rich soil will plenty of sun.

Just for the record, I have existing older vines that are well established and prune as required. thanks for your time, Drae.
