I own a 1993 subaru leo 1.6 standard version. I have trouble with the carburetor and the spark plugs. The plugs are sooty and the exhaust is full of soot like you find in diesel vehicles. I change the plugs often but it still smokes, consumes more fuel and no one is able to diagonise the problem. What can one check or replace??
