Pallas family

I notice that the main-belt comet 2008 R1 (Garradd) has eccentricity and semi-major axis within the Pallas family range, and a perihelion distance similar to Pallas objects, but the inclination of its orbit is only about half of what would be expected. Is there a path whereby a Pallas family member can dynamically evolve into an orbit like that of R1 and could R1 be a Pallas object? It is thought that 3200 Phaethon evolved from a Pallas object, so could R1 be following a similar path?
