An eponym is a word that uses the name of a person. The person may be real or fictional. The Achilles Heal, for example, is a small but critical weakness. It gets it's name from the legendary Greek hero Achilles.
A brief description of the Achilles Heal would include: 1. a definition (any good dictionary will do); 2. a usage example (Kryptonite was Superman's Achilles Heal); and a brief summary of Achilles' life (with particular attention to his mother's attempt to make him invulnerable and his eventual death.).
Consult a list of eponyms (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_eponymous_laws) and pick one that suits you fancy. I particularly like maverick as in Samuel Augustus Maverick.
If this is a formal report, remember proper citations (MLA, APA, etc).
