Jerney ?, I assume you mean Journey, the core original members of Journey appeared as the back up band to Sanatana when he appeared at Woodstock in 1969. I don't know how many of those were still playing with the band, when they established a name for themselves, and obviously some of the current members of the band were not even born in 1969.

I don't no if this is odd, but Steve Perry the lead singer is from Hanford, Calif., a small town when he was born. Located in the central valley aprox. 37 miles south of Fresno. I moved here my parent's retired on 10 acres and my City born father wanted a small farm,They also had a home facing the Gulf of Mexico, he wanted to be a shrimper..living the dream ( nice) Well when they came down sick I relocated from Santa Monica to be near & help. I have ran into him on several occasion's his parent's still live in the area and he is very nice, a regular guy from small town USA now Hanford 50,000 plus !!! Oh it is Journey & I love them !!
