I married in Astrakhan in 2002, the marriage didn't work out and I now need to get a divorce but in order to do that I need the address where the marriage took place but I don't know where it took place as my 'then' wife organized the whole thing! She now ignores any contact I try and make with her and for all I know has already divorced me. I live in the UK and find it very difficult to get any info on places of marriage in Astrakhan, could anybody please tell me where this marriage could have possibly taken place? Are there many places it could have happened? From what I can remember it was more like a registry office, not a church, there were musicians in the room i.e. Pianist, violinist and Cellist a desk about 3 meter's in front of the main door, windows to the left, musicians to the right and not much else except the other people conducting the service, if that's of any help.
Any information would be much appreciated as I would like to get this divorce cleared up once and for all.
