I live in a neighborhood where one of the covenants is no overnight parking on the street. The street is actually a city street and the city does not have signs posted stating "no parking." I found out from the city that they do not ticket or tow vehicles from our neightborhood because there are no signs posted by the city. Can the homeowners association legally enforce this no parking rule in the covenants? Our association tends to sue homeowners for non compliance of other covenants.
