I live in Kellerton, Iowa and am disabled. I would like to know why I cannot have my mailbox in front of my house? I have been told by the postmaster here that I can put it across the street or in my neighbor's yard next door. Both of the neighbors have expressed their 'dislike' in no uncertain terms. So, to avoid more problems, I would like it in front of my house, which is where it should be besides one block down from my home. Thank you for a prompt response.
