I heard a loud noise the other night that sounded like something hit the side of the house. I could not find anything. Mowing the lawn this morning, I noticed that one of the cables in my slab was sticking out from the side of the slab about 5 inches and the concrete that was previously covering the drilled hole was gone, with some pieces in the yard. Should I be concerned? Do I need to have this repaired or can I cut the cables and fill in the hole with concrete? thanks for your assistance.
