I have so many dont no where to begin.. i keep hearing all these voices in my head an believe it to be people.. i havent always heard them but am trying to find someone i can talk to about it. i have tried medicating myself an sleeping drinkin, nothing seems to help i just need some help trying to figure out whats going on or how to control this... im scared and confused.. please help
