Lime mortar

I have seen a 90 year old Courthouse building with granite stone masonry in lime mortar. A fire incident occured in this building resulting in debonding and spalling of lime plaster. The fire raged for about two and half hours. There is no visible stress or cracking in the walls and ceiling. The jointing mortar is intact only the stones broke at the edtes and arches.
Can someone help me with some information what kind of impact this may have on the compressive strength of walls and jack roofs.
