I have recently married a local chinese lady and, am residing in Hengyang City, Hunan Province, China. I have British and South African Driving Licences. I wish to obtain a Chinese Driving Licence, i have visited the Traffic dept.three times in Hengyang City but, to no avail, "language difficulties" Are their limits to the driving age. What are the Rules and Regulations. Thank you.
