I have bought an e-cig in order to get me to stop smoking.
The big thing about patches, gum ect is the asthetics. It is not the same as holding a cigarette and you dont c smoke.
So i find the E-cig very pleasing as a quitting device. My boggle is this. I use glycerine (food quality one) as the smoke generating agent with some flavourants (all natural essence like vanilla and fruits)
i just need to know in this vapourising form is glycerine bad for your health and or is propylene glycol a better option.
I know propylene glycol is also produced from glycerine so again the help is needed. The moment the novelty of the e-cig wears off I will be cured of the dirty smoking habit.
thanks and regards
