I have been kicking around the idea of opening an internet cafe and have been doing alot of reading but still have questions.

first, where can i find a program to help me with a business plan, and also how can I find out more about billing. How do you determine what prices to set?

if anyone can hook me up with someone that already is running an internet cafe and would like to share some of their experiences when starting up, I would greatly appreciate it.
