I have been doing some genialogical research and have hit a brick wall. I believe that my Great Grandfather's name was George Phillips. I remember being told that he worked in "The Observatory"
As my grandmother, Eva Phillips, was born in Offaly on 9 May of 1894 I believe that this observatory would be where her father worked.
I would appreciate if anyone could help out.
Is this where he worked?
Any information on him or his relatives?
