I have been doing some extensive research regarding sex while engaged. I have found alot of information that supports this saying that in biblical times, the commitment of engagement is equal to marraige (unlike alot of engagements today). It was also saying that even Mary and Jospeh were not married but merely engaged, and obviosly Jesus was seen as lagitimate. Also stated that in biblical times, you were required a certificate of divorce for engagement as well as marraige. I am also finding alot of information that says that this is not allowed and that sex is only allowed during marraige or its considered fornication. I am seeking some guidance as I have unfortunately made alot of mistakes in my past and do not want to repeat them and want my relationship to be blessed. Thank you for any help.
