I have a question regarding fabrication after extrusion. I need to make some holes on a extruded part & wanted to know what can be the maximum wall thickness if I need to punch a hole..? Is there any min/max value for wall thickness...? My design calls for 2 mm wall thikness on the extruded part. Can this be punched..? Holes are in pair 2 & they are 1" apart. Will this be possible or do I need to go for injection molding for this part..?
