I have a collar tab with a skull and number 4 device on it.Surrounded by white and black piping. The skull is the early type, I think as, it only comes down to the teeth and doesn't show the whole head as some do. Can anyone give me any information on the unit and time when this may have been used. Thankyou. Dennis
