I have a ceramic plaque depicting Alexander 1 in ancient Russian amour .The shield is decorated with scenes of battle and the imperial eagle.the plaque commemorates victories against Napoleon.The main surround is octagonal measuring 20cm across.enclosing the circular part17.5 cm.the border between the central detail[15cm] contains the words in cyrillic POAMbICAb AERRTAFOHAVECRTb BbKA as this has some mistakes for those who understand cyrillic I attempt a correction in t someone may be able to translate. 2nd word,4th letter R is reversed.7th F is reversed,without the little tail.11th V is more like an inverted triangle.14th R reversed.Hope this makes sense Also on the back ,covered in blue paper[original] is written in French- Alexander 1stEmpereur des Russe dans le careafese de Ru domisil. At the bottom on the plaque is MLCCCXIV manufactured then or what..HELP PLEASE..THANKS. K.
