I have a Hammond BCV manufactured in 1939 (I understand the BCV was not factory-made, the vibrato function was added later) with a Leslie 31H manufactured in 1941. Both the console and the speaker have been signed by a Janet Rogers. I have been told Janet toured as an organ accompianist with the piano performer/comedian Victor Borge in the '50's, but can find no information whatsoever on her. There are a couple of shipping stickers still attached to the organ/speaker, but no other indications where this organ has been. Anyone know of Janet Rogers? She apparently died over 10 years ago...The organ, half-moon switches, and leslie are all factory white (which has faded to a yellowish cream over the years, except for the half-moons).
