I have a 2005 Saturn Ion 3...When it is very very very cold out, my saturn wont start right up...All of the fuses are under the hood and we have to open the fuse box and press down on the fuses...after about 10 to 15 mins, the car will start. What is the problem?...Do I need to change all the fuses?
