I have a 1995 chevy apv with the 3.1L automatic. It has 140,000 miles on it on a used trani.(we bought it that way), but now it won't shift into third gear. I looked to see if there was a vacume line to a vac. diafram. i did not see one. what tells this trani to shiftfrom 2nd to 3rd?
