I have a 190 xt allis chalmers gas that I cannot get the governor to act correctly. I have replaced the governor with a new one adjusted as what the repair manuel says, but it either idles or runs up to 3000 rpm. I'm thinking governor spring is that possible. any help would be appreciated.
