I have Keratoconus and lookimg in future for Corneal transplant.I want to know if curvature of Donor cornea affect clear vision after operation. Also i want to know is Incision of my cornea will be done by Laser nowadays.If not by trephine how doctor ensure that the incision made in my cornea and the donor cornea is same and if there is overlap by donor cornea after stitching can be cut or it stays as it is.I mean how doctor be sure same cutting /incision of my cornea and donor cornea has same circumference.and is this affects healing time.
